Edale Waterfall Walk

FULLY BOOKED In this session we’ll walk to a beautiful waterfall pool in the Edale valley and immerse in nature. You’ll learn how to read moving water, what to think about when choosing a swim spot in the wilds, how to immerse in cold waters and what you need to consider when you’re an hour or so from civilisation and taking a dip. We always walk at a pace that’s suitable for the whole group so please don’t worry about being left behind. There’s plenty of opportunity to stop and enjoy the view and chat along the way. The walk is a circular of around 5km with an elevation gain of 200m and we’ll be out for around 4 hours. Suitable for complete beginners to wild swimming as well as those looking to expand their outdoor swim journey.

Cake and a recommended packing list included. Water shoes, gloves, changing towels also available for anyone who doesn’t yet have their own. Maximum 6 participants.

This session is accessible by train from Sheffield and Manchester
